it was raining heavily one morning. many people were caught off guard but some were well prepared for raining days.

so as the rain came, you see many people running to the nearest shelter they can find.

some were steady and ready. they take out their umbrella , open it and continue walking.

i saw this lady, walking in the rain, with the smallest of a lady handbag covering her head and she was all drenched!

???...i don't understand.
