this time a talented musician named ike see. he won a pretigious scholarship to study music, but he cannot defer his national service...and so he will miss a once in a life time opportunity.

so, if he ever becomes famous in the near future, and decides to move overseas and even be a citizen of another country, we cannot blame him.

we will again grab the attention by calling him ike see - the SINGAPORE born violinist!

why are we doing this instead of nurturing real talents. why do we need to 'import' talent when we have some in our own backyard?
