the law is a really funny thing that only humans can invent and create.

one person can kill, chopped up the body parts and throw it all over the island...he gets death sentence.

another person who did the same, she gets 10 years.

fact is someone was killed and chopped into pieces.

what about the victims and their family? what do they get? happy that one get the death penalty? what about the family of the victim where the killer only get 10 years?

why can't the law just be right and wrong? there should not be a probable cause, no plea bargaining... etc....all these jargons!

i guess, its best that you take one life you pay with your life.

if you did something wrong, then you did it, why the provision for plea bargain when the world knows you did it and because you plea bargain, you get a lighter snetence?

again, what about the victims and their families?

thats the problem with us humans...... we like to have things in between...a grey line that is left wide open for interpretation.

we give provision for everything, but people in power abuse these provision, and i suspect these provision are meant for them! i could be wrong, but you can't fault a thoughtless dog to think like that.
