how can we ever reach frist world service status when we have people who are total idiots and rude?

i will go ahead to name the company that i am complaining about here cos i can't find anywhere in their website where i can email to them to lodge a complian!

the company is prornex...the property agent... if anyone of you know where i can email my complain to propnex PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

i sold my house one month back. my agent who sold my flat is not from propnex, but the buyer's agents are. yes there are 2 of them one is aolf hand, the other a new bird. they were cool when they came to view the house, seems like nice agents.... and so i thought

on our first appointmetn at the HDB HUB to do the paper work last friday 21 july, the old hand came 5 mins late at 905am, our appointment was 9am. she did not apologise... i am already not happy that they are late 5 mins is still late and i think an apology is not too much to ask.... "i am sorry for being late"..i would have been happy. even her buyer's wifes was already there, but her husband was late...cos he was working in jurong island... i was ok with that.

then 15 -20 minutes later, the green hand came..... she just walk pass us without even apologising!!!!!!!!!!!... as if we owe her something and it was ok to be late!!! i am damm piss by now..... and i think my face showed.

what's wrong with these people! ?? don't they know they are in the service industry!!!

finally the husband came...he was late, very late, but the first thing he said was sorry when he saw all of us waiting there.

is it becasue we are NOT their client and they can show no respect? is that the attitude. i know for sure propnex won't be the agent i am recommending to others, and don't sue or balme me if i say bad things about them. i am sorry, 1 minute late is late..... a word of apology is all it takes..but apparently, they missed that.

so people... let me know the email where i can write in to. i know it will be a useless attempt, but i got to give them a piece of my mind.
