today marks the official sad day for singporean... a national mourning day.

today, we know we cannot say what we feel...cos if you do...your column gets suspended.

its so sad that common people like us, who say cost of living is high and we get penalised for it.

its a fact. everything is going up except our pay. no one can deny that. the rich get richer, simply because the poor cannot cope with thte fast pace of development.

its a fact, some progress some just can't progress so fast!

if the government wants to give rebates...why give to rich people who live in 3 room flats? they drive big cars, they don't ned the $200 rebates!!

like i say, the people running the country should come down to the housing esate unaccompany by their side kicks and unannounced! see how dirty the estates are. see how ordianry people live. take the public transport in the morning rush hour, take the feeder services and tell us it is world class. go to the market and see how expensive things are.

tell us singapore is a clean and green country when they go round the estate. yesterday mornining, a cleaner shook his head when he saw me coming out of the lift, then he sais...why....why these people so uncivilise!...how true.
