my first kill.

despite been down with fever and a damm bad sore throat, i was doing some gardening...i mean replanting of some of our plants..... they have been neglected for a few days already, since we moved them from the old house.

i have been taking medicine, but i dont seem to be getting well and was not perspiring at all.

so there i was, in the balcony, replanting the plants. i was picking up a branch from the pot, when suddenly, something jumped out from that branch!!!..it was a 4cm to 5cm LIZARDS!!!...this is my biggest nightmare!!

i remember when i was in primary school, i was in the gardening club...as i was transferring a plot of plant to another location...a lizard jumped on my arm and after crawling for a few steps, leap off..and disappeared into the gardens.....

so, it was war once again.... i thought it was a new house, so there should not be any lizards... but i guess it came from the old house!!...shit, and to think that it was in my car and i drove him and carried him up to my house!!

i stared at him and shouted for my wife to bring in the ammo!! SHELTOX!! he was a young chap, so was able to run fast and we are not that young anymore, so it was abit of struggle to get him.... however, we have more experience in killing lizards..well he did not escape. we got him!

by then i was perspiring...... i tot my fever will be gone... but the temperture went up higher after that. i was in bed the whole day...night and on sunday...... my weekend burned!

so on 26 august 2006, i registered my first kill in the new house. i hope this is the first and the last.... i hope the stenched of lizard blood will deter any lizards from crawling into my house..... again.....

my SHELTOX..or was it BYGONE... is ready....anytime...anywhere!
