ownership

everyone likes to own something which they can call their own. thats human nature....

singaporeans are no different. we love to own things...even if we know for a fact that it will and can never be own by us.

luxury car owners think the own the road, cos they pay more for their car and more road tax...

padestrains think the own the traffic lights when the green man comes on or at zebra crossing...

LTA thinks the own the road, so the set up gantries all over the island so that they can collect money...

motorbikes thinks they own the in between the lanes....cos they will waive in and out thinking that no other vehicles will cross them.....

cats thinks they own the road too...thats the reason why you see so many of them lying flat on the road...

heavy vehicles think that the road belongs to them because they are BIG, so they own the road....

this morning, i was driving to work and keeping in my own lane..... this damm HUGE lorry thinks he owns all 4 lanes of the road...i see him going in and out of the lanes. he was cutting too close into my lane and i sounded my horn to signal him that he was too close ...he was not happy...and wanted to race with me and then he kept sounding his horn...and he thought i was afraid of him..simply becasue his car is bigger.... i honk back at him and did not give way... i move a little front of his vehicle and stared up at him...he was furious now...and kept honking.... well i sped off.... and he was left smelling the fart of my car....

yes..i own that lane.....
