i was totally pissed with citibank for cancelling my credit card....(NNOOOOOOO...its not that i can't make payment) when i ask them to change my mailing address....i did not even know it until i can't make payment.....
so i called the bank to check cos i dont want to pay the stupid high late payment charges and what not......
so i went online to give them my feedback......
after typing in my name...email.....phone number...address....etc etc..... and my feedback....this is what i get.....
the small little line there reads - 'SORRY. WE ARE HAVING TEMPORARY DELAYS. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER."
and the small little blue box at the bottom ask you to click "OK"
i mean what else can u do besides clicking 'ok'.......???? "not ok" ????
and i repeated the process twice!!!
should i give them my "feedback" again?
