nuclear threat

the world.... more like the americans believes that north korea nuclear test is a threat.

the americans are the one who once said that having nuclear weapons is a deterance to war.

so why a threat.

i think every country should have at least 4 nuclear bombs.... one points to the north, south, east and west..... no matter how big or small is the country.

why?

if every country processes nuclear weapons, then i believe that there will be world peace....cos its a deterance....

i think the americans and the rest of the countries that processes nucear weapons should just shut up...and don't play police to the world...especially if they cannot justify what they have say...nuclear bombs are a deteracen to world wars.
