a wise man once told me..life is full of unpredicatble moments and changes - adapt.

well, i know. i dont need a wise man to enlighten me on that. its just the accpetance part that is really difficult. i have been miserable for a long time now.....

how do you tell your staff that they need to go so that the company can stay afloat? you are suppose to look after them. not push them out of the boat! now i have failed. i dont think i am cut out to lead....its hard work and i dont have a heart of stone.

last week, i have to ask a fellow collegue to go, cos we need to restructure. we ned to downsize, and hopefull make the company more profitable. the move is inevitable. but the decision is hard. to save a sinking ship, something have to be offloaded so that the ship can stay afloat.

we need and have to stay positive and focus when times are tough.

there is going to be some life changing moment ahead.

for a start, ah kim is sick again. maybe she knows how miserable i have been....... i dont know...maybe its good to let it go. we can be happier that way.

more miserable times ahead. god bless us all....
