why?

if you are a subsidised patient, you have to wait at least 2 weeks to see a specialist..... BUT if you say "nope, i DO NOT want to be a class c patient..... " suddenly the specialist is free to see you even the next day or immediately....

magical......

the power of MONEY. so don't tell me about eveyone have equal rights, opportunities and equality for all......
