update to the Philips saga.....part 2
they called me a while ago....finally the set is ready for collection....
but the sad story...... they have not reply my email to them. do i expect a reply? honestly, no.
i guess thats how these big company function. maybe the motto - "dont like don't buy loh"......
well thats their service level, we cannot do anything about it.
what i can do is not to buy their products anymore, and also to tell my friends about my experience with their products and their service level.....
its for others to judge.
