can someone tell me why is it that the bosses are always correct even when the are wrong?

don't bosses realise that they also make mistakes?

am i been too naive to think that the person to sign your pay cheque will ever admit that he/she is wrong?

how can they scream and shout at employees who made a mistake in the course of their work? everyone have their pride....even low paying workers......

can we screams at the bosses when they make a loss and there are no bonus for the year?

can we screams and shout at the boss when they say they have to make a painful decision to retrench some workers?

so please bosses....respect your workers....before telling them to respect you.
