i am sadden with the fact that singaporean are looking down on their own...

i was at hyatt hotel the other day. my brother in law was staying at the hotel for 2 days.

on his last night here, we took him for dinner, and then after that we went to his hotel to help him pack some stuff....

after alighting him... we ask the security where is the car park....

"straight ahead" and pointed....without even looking at us... giving us that rude gesture.....he said...but obviously, straight ahead we will bang onto a wall!!! he could have said take a "please take a left turn and you will see the car park there." or something nice.....

well i guess i am not driving a BMW 7 series..... mine is only a small little hatch back. i have been having this treatment from them since the day i drop my brother in law off at this hotel.

"move...move...".... and my brother in law just got off the car!!! what are they thinking!!! i am dropping off a guest!!! i am not going to park and stay there all day!!!

they are only there to open doors for hotel guest for heaven sake!!! please show some basic respect and courtesy...even if i don't drive a BMW!

back to the story.... after we park our car, we proceed to the hotel to go up to my brother in law's room. at the lift, we realise that we cannot go up unless the guest bring us up. so we ask a man sitting by the counter near the lift if we can borrow his desk phone to call. he pointed his finger with an attitude to indicate to us we can use it.... then my wife ask him how can we call....

his answer "I DON"T KNOW HOW TO USE IT"....

the man who man the counter with the desk phone dont know how to use the phone to call ...can you believe that????

manners? courtesy? service? reputation?....ZERO!

this is the attitude of the staff in hyatt hotel...a five star hotel who pride themselves as a good hotel...

i may be their guest on day mind you.... and i think they will get it from me!!!

yes i mentioned the hotel name....i don't give a shit...cos they don't give a shit about their name when they employ shitty employee!!

STAY OUT OF THAT HOTEL IF YOU ARE SINGAPOREAN! they don't welcome locals..thats my take.
