i don't mean to be a mean ass....

but yesterday, there was an article in the papers that talks about the hardships of delivery boys on their bikes.... in particular, those delivering fast food.

these people say the have to make a living, speed is essential cos the more they deliver the more they earn.

does that justify them zipping in and out of traffic? they justified it themselves!! they think they have to do it in order to make a living, and everyone else...even those driving on the road should give way to them.

if they were killed in an traffic accident...who should be responsible?

i beg to differ.

some people need to be held responsible for their action and the bikers themselves should also bear the same responsibility!

...the fast food chain people should take FULL responsibility!!! they over promised their customers! they risk lives of the bikers and those on the road to deliver a $20 worth of meals to their clients....is that worth it?

I have many bad experiences with these bikers. they cut in and out of lanes without signaling. i have also almost bang onto them and they bang into me.....

whats the point of telling the world that the bikers is a good son, good father...good husband...when he is a hell rider on the road!!! with no regards to other human beings on the road!!?

i think the straits times should be more caution IF they want to report on such topic! they seem to they agree that the bikers CAN zip in and out of traffic.... regardless of safety!

how sad. for the time being, i will not order fast food via delivery services.
