i read with a bit of sadness..about this sillypore scholar who wrote in to the forum page.

he was saying why is it that as a born sillyporean, he is so much more in debt than scholars from other lands....the garment offer them scholarship and tie them with just a 5 year bond...then they can leave..... for good

he said, while others study here and get paid, he have to work part time to subsidised his pocket money, then when he graduate, he have work a few years to repay his study loan, while his classmates from another land, are given a job and get paid!!

his question is...why the garments are not looking into the local students needs?

i am surprised too.... does it mean the increased in tution fees are to subsidised others?

you can blame the brain drain......

the garments give citizenship to sports people like free goodies bags... but then they turn their back once they get what they came for....and we are like suckers.... welcome them with open arms and get the ass/shit/fart when they leave!!!!

minorities are getting a good deal yah? to be fair, we also get goody bags...its just that they take it away from us faster.... but for foreigners....they let it go...

so what are the million dollars people doing to help the local people...the real pure locals, born and bred here sillyporeans?

i don't know.... i don't want to ask too much.....
