why can't we here in sillypore ban cars totally and if we want transport, we have to buy ourselves a horse....just like in the olden days.

you can have a 4 horses carriage ...2 horse carriage.... or even jus like a cowboy, you sit on the horse?... if you are super rich...maybe a 10 horse carriage!

horses are much cleaner...and cheaper... to run. 2 parking lots can hold at least 3 horses! horse shit can be used as fertilizer.... and if they die of old age... their meat can be use as food.... its totally environmental friendly.
