ERP woes: CashCard or car's IU at fault? thats one of the headline in asiaone.com.sg today.

so they can play the blame game, but the driver still have to pay a penalty because the system cannot read the card even if there are enough money in the cash card.

so the driver said he paid BOTH times the system cannot read the card.

they know there is a problem, but they want to play the blame game, and who suffer most but the drivers. shouldn't the government be the one doing something about this? after all, it is a stat board.... and LTA was the one who implemented this system!

it is our words against theirs..and it seems that they think they are the ONLY honest people around! they have no mistakes...in the end i hope that they know its a machine...and machine do make mistake...technology DO SUCKS!!!! many times!

it like in the army, i remember clearly..... when i was sick and had to see a doc...the first though the MO have is that i am not sick...just trying to get an MC to secape the "tough" life. I injured my back and i was in pain.... i was told to rest in the bunk and do light duty... i can hardly walk and i cannot even stand up straight!!! but the officer in front of me get to go home to rest!!!

so again, we are stuck between a stone and a very very hard wall.... either way we are so damm F%#k!! oh well life is very unfair.... and thats the only fair thing to say.
