the unthinkable have finally happened ..... ....something i have feared most for a long while.

i cannot imagine it could happen so soon..... it was sad. it was ugly and i was mad!!!

it was just a little pass 7pm, we just had dinner and i was going into the toilet to wash my mouth... heh...hygiene..... and wash up.

i switch on the toilet light and then went into the toilet..... from the corner of my eye..... my radar screams...... yes.... a cruel mother have let her baby boy into a fortress that are training young men and women to seek and kill those ugly thing we call lizards!!! he was about 4 cm long...... he was nervous... i can tell.... he just ran when the light was on and then just stood there....frozen when i came in. he stared at me and i stared back.

yes, they have penetrated into the toilet.... i hate it because there i know that there is no way out for me to run if they are trapped in there.... its an important part of our camp...very sensitive area. its this place that we do our most important business.....

'decon 1!!!'..... i shouted to my commander......

she came into the toilet in seconds and with on deathly look said...'go get the electric net...NOW!'

with some initiative, i got the electric net and also one can of chemical spray!

i was back in less than 15 seconds with the big piece of tissue paper and my trusted bygone....

i one scoop...my commander 'splat' and 'squeezed'...and her was gone...blood was on the wall.

yes, a young life was taken, his mum will be sad...so will his family.... but this is war, there is really no time for sentiments. its either he dies or we perish.....and the choice is obvious!

she wash the wall and declared mission accomplished.

as for me, i did the rest...spray bygone around the window area, this is to prevent enemy from penetrating further...and his mum to come in for rescue mission.
