dispelling a myth.....

a jet black cat crossed the road one early morning at about 0407hrs... i was driving out to the main road towards the expressway and near the junction, i saw this bright shiny eye, a reflection from my headlights.... staring at me...and then move on to finish crossing the road at his own leisurely pace......

when a black cat cross you path, its considered bad luck....

i brush it aside. i went to the airport and back safe, so nothing happened....

and then i thought...nothing bad happen leh, but lets wait 24 hours..... so at 0407hrs tuesday morning to 0407hrs wednesday morning.....

and this just hit me..... that black bird that hit my car on tuesday after at about 15oohrs..... was it a sign of bad luck?

it was a black tuesday for me.....

but whatever.... i am still here in one piece typing away with this blog....so i am dispelling this black cat myth... there is no such thing as a unlucky black cat..... just a stupid super black cat crossing the road in the middle of the night.... lucky for the cat, God create him with reflective eye...otherwise, anyone could have hit him...... just like the black bird that hit my car.
