and yes price of crude oil have been sliding like oil......all the way down south....

so to justify increment.... what best excuse to say fare hikes are NOT link with oil prices????

in another 6 - 8 months or so, when they increase bus fare yet again.... they cannot use this of "oil price went up" excuse to say they want to increase bus fares...and so to justify..... it must be operational and human labour cost.....
