yeah!!!!! thailand have a new prime minister......

and the world rejoices..... he is to become their 27th prime minister and the 4 or maybe 5 in as many months...and who is counting..... and maybe we still to be counting.....

ok...back to serious business....

during thaksin time.. who was elected by the people to become their prime minister... thailand enjoy a few good years of peace and growth....

not sure if green eyes set in.... suddenly he became a villian.....

i am not a supporter of thaksin or any political party in thailand..... but i am just wondering what kind of democratic process they have there?

elected PMs are ousted in the name of corruption and more corruption..... military coup....and using judicial means to get rid of a democratically elected government....

so is it safe to visit thailand now?

i am not sure.... there could be another protest..this time by the reds..... or another military coup....

if the yellow can accused the reds of corruption...the red and also trun it the other way....

now we wait for the reds to occupy the government house....and the airport.... mabe they can be more creative.... occupy the tourist belt too!!!!

maybe we should give thailand a miss....for a long time to come...sorry man.... i don't hate thailand... i want to go there, it's been more than 10 years since i was there..... so it may be nice to visit again......

yes it is nice..BUT is it safe? i don't want to be stranded in the airport and be caught between the two camps..... of yellow and red

why don't they just let the king rule? since everyone have the highest respect for him, then i think it would be a fair choice, no one can say it wrong...... and cannot accused him of been corrupt or abuse of power.....

after all.. i am a red beagle with yellow slippers....
