actually i am sick of ranting..... but i am not happy with this thing..... and so..here goes.....

the more i read about living in a foreign land when i get old, the more i feel that the country i call home is a place where there is no heart or soul..... sorry it not call my country... it called my company.... yes the company i work in!

i think even toying with the idea of a nursing home in a foreign land is bad.....

how can the government teach our later generation about filial piety....when they even encourage children to put their old parents in a nursing home in a foreign country?

this is the sad state my home have become..... yes from bad to worst.... no doubt we are progressing economically.... but morally we are on a steep decline.

our leaders (who we have voted in) created and environment where by this place is like a company - you are only welcome if you can contribute to making money.....

just think.... they get paid by the millions..... and call themselves mortals... they keep quiet when they make mistakes...... and to give the poor a bit more money...they make hell lot of noise!!! and tell us them welfare is NOT the way to go....

why do i want to be a citizen of this country? why to I want to be loyal? why do i want to do national service to protect my country in times of war? why do i want to work... pay tax... build my family here ...and when i get old, they want to kick me out of this place i call home?

is money so important to this government?

we spend so much money to build beautiful golf course, parks and homes..... we spend billions with investing i money loosing banks..... make bad investments...... can't the government offer or just give up a piece of land to build a huge nursing home that will benefit her people? why can't they lower he cost for her people?

imagine, in about 20 years time.... i think 50 -60 % of the people will be at the age of going to nursing..... and imagine..... 60% of us will be at a nursing home i a foreign country.....

would you drive for 30 minutes (even once a week) there and 30 minutes back in a foreign country to see your aged parents... and this exclude the jam, and time you need to prepared and spend quality time with you aged parents ...that will be like almost a day....... are you prepared for this?

best of all this will benefit our neighbour.... its about tourism! imagine the shit load of money we will be spending there...... yes they get richer we get poorer... both in terms of wealth and more important our moral......

think about it people...especially the 66.6% of the population...... this is the government you have voted in .... think hard
