i went swimming the other day. it has been a long time since i really swam.

i remember when i was in secondary school, i used to swim almost everyday at least 20 - 30 laps before i go home.

last week i went to swim in the public again after a long long long time... nice....cos there are only a few people around.

me and the wife are like to idiots...trying to get 2 tickets to go into the pool. we were looking around.... and there are no one there selling the entrance tickets.... we came to this pool before, but it was a long time ago...the alst time soome one was still selling tickets at the entrance......

then we spotted a machine that dispense tickets!!! and we were like wow...so hi tec liao.....

it cost a dollar each to go in.... and so we put a 2 dollar note into the machine.... it was a touch screen thing..... we were trying hard to figure how to buy 2 tickets.... we look here look there....discuss a bit..... and then we realized that we need to press the screen twice on the 'adult' button... and it show..."2 adult".......

then we go "orrrrrr.... like that one....so sua ku...."

"ti ti" we touch the screen twice..and 2 cards came out.....

next...we need to look for the place to insert this card....... we look around...then we spotted the "slot" for the card.... put the card in and nothing moves..... then the wife say...push lah..... and the barrier will move.....

then i asked the wife... "they never return the card...how we go out later??"

she said "aiya. .press the yellow button later when we come out lah..."

i go "orrrh..."

then off we went ...after like 1o minutes....at the entrance trying to get in!!!

last time i swim like 20 - 30 lapes everyday... today after 2 laps... i was like "dead" my arms went numb...... i was breathing very hard..... and i can only do breast stroke... i used to swim free style.....

sigh....age i really catching up!!!

after an hour and a half.... i managed about 10 or 12 lapes... not bad i thought..... and i feel great!!! will be going to swim again!!

time to bath and go for lunch...... hungry after so many laps.... hahahhaaa

wife could not find the bath room!!! hahahaaa.... and a life gurad pointed to her where it was.....
another embarassing moment......

after we have changed..... we walk towards the entrance.... i can't help but notice that the few life guards standing near the exit was like laughing at 2 of us...... cos we were trying to get out... and THERE IS NO NEED TO PRESS ANY BUTTONS.......
