i heard that there are many children with special need in our land today.. autistic children... they are not stupid.... they are actually quite smart... just that they are not socially well equip like a normal child.... they need lots and lots of training and guidance.....

i am just thinking out loud... why is this happening? it is just recently that this is happening or is this a phenomenon? state secret?

did the environment created this? maybe the medication and the multitude of injections a baby have to endure in the first year of their lives that caused these.... is it the food we feed the animals and the chemicals we speed up the growth of plants and animals?

and is this the reason for the import of foreign talents... maybe they know that in time to come...maybe 10 to 20 years.... we will have not much 'smart' people to run this place anymore.... no more elites.... and so we need them to ensure that we will still exist ...

is it a number game?

is it like playing the odds game.... its a gamble... hopefully with the influx of foreign talents... the impact will not be great.... even if children with special needs increases.....

is that so..... hmmmm
