the other day, i took the bus and train to town.

it is always an adventure for me when i take bus and train.... there is always something new. something to discover.....

i took a bus to the mrt station.... and there take the train to town.... when i got up the bus.... i realised that the bus is somewhat higher than normal. you cannot touch the roof of the bus.... you need a ladder..... you need to walk up 2 steps to get to one level of the seats and the if you want to sit right at the back... you need to walk up another 2 steps....

i was like what the....... who actually design these buses?? are we like going up a building or are we actually taking a bus???

just like how our flats are build...this is a bad design.... a major flaw.... its not just stupid... it has fewer seats too!!! and even then the seating arrangement in the bus leave one very very uncomfortable!!! why har???

when it was time to go home.. we took the train from sommerset.... somewhere down the stations... there are these 3 stooges... our beloved foreign talent came in then stand and they... GLUED themselves to the door.... yes i mean literally stuck themselves to the door and the train was not even crowed to begin with....

so these 3 stooges... with total disregard for the people in the train... they thought the are the only 3 in the train.... i was standing behind to him... and he was carry his stupid backpack.... i mean.... hello...... i am behind you!!!! your stupid backpack is pushing onto me!!!

but that was ok.... and the smell..... oh.....

and this is still ok.....

when the next station came... the door open... and people wanted to get in and out.... and theses 3 stooges..... unwillingly move and created a smallest of gap for passengers to get out and those coming in.....

and when the door closed... the stick to the door again.....

this went on all the way until ang mo kio stations.... each time i thought this 3 stooges is getting out!!! BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOO....... they are just irritatingly standing there stuck to the door!!!

then something hit me.....

i thought if we are so good and into at hiring more foreign talents.... when don't we employ these people to be our MRT train doors??? they can open and close door automatically..... when passengers want to go in or out.....

so number 1 ...its safe for us passenger... it does not matter if its not safe for them... they already have total disregard for their own lives anyway..... they stand so close to the door that they are sure to protect the people inside... they are tight guarding the door!!

number 2 ... we won't get any malfunction of the door.... they don't need electricity. if we are not happy with them, we can change them... its low cost - CHEAP and maintenance free...

number 3 ... no need to spend money on improving the system and doors.... if the 3 stooges are not enough, just add another one more... simple solution for a complicated train technology.....

number 4... we create employment for them... and improves the economy for the world on the whole!!!

PLUS number 5.... no need to spend money on campaign to tell people to stay away from the door or to move in.... their body smell will do the trick!!!! no one will even be anywhere close to the door!!!

ya right i am damm piss with them!!!
