i have this new business in mind.... i think i am going to hit it....nail it and become a millionaire in no time!!!

i want to sell boats!!!! luxury yacht!!! i am going to kill the car markets here...... boats are IN!

this thoughts came after the miw give signals that we have to deal with floods and that no engineering feat can ever stop floods!!! and we being surround by waters..... and the amount of contsruction we have on the small puny little islands..... in no time...we will be living IN the waters

knowing sillyporeans...the will flood (no punt intended) the market and search the world for the biggest and bestest boats in the world!!

er..... they will also need docking space for their boats hor..... hmmmm..... now we know why they are into building more docks for these luxury yacht!.... selling sentosa..... and going full steam for this industry.....

hmmmm.... i think its good business sense.....
