"kopi si siew dai"

what do the chinese nationals behind the kopi counter know anything about local kopi?
They don't even have coffee in their hotels for breakfast in China!

it taste like "S**T!!" what do they know about local taste?
maybe they should just stick to ban mien..ma lak hou kuo or something from there!

what do these chinese national know about local cha kueh teow... carrot cake..... chicken rice.... chili crab...

these is cheap labor/cost over passion to sell good good and drink! at the end...it is to make more money regardless of taste!

but we being sillyporean...we continue to eat them even if it taste like "S**T!!"
for now we just have to live with it.... and have my "kopi si siew dai" made the chinese way!!
