what happen in the year of the tiger?

its all a blur i guess. i am not really sure what happen, but the tiger just escaped me and disappeared into the forest... wont be seeing it for another 12 years.

first half of the tiger year was a breeze.... i was only busy with looking for office space and meeting suppliers for the various machines that we are buying. I was also busy getting ready for the office to be operational.

second half of the year was a fierce tiger! we work almost non stop...sometimes 2 shifts and at times less that 3 hours of sleep.... it was madness trying to make things work, trying to make things work for everyone....

some of us worked really hard.. others just ride on the coat tail of those who really work hard for the rest of the year... they skive even before the year of the snake came! drink and downing loads of snake soup..... sleeping, playing games and just not helping to make life easier for everyone.

along the way... some resign even before they got fired and some got fired.... some were given a chance but chose to skive even more and resign.... some were forgiven...even though i did not think it was right to forgive as it sends the wrong signal to the rest of the people. well i am not the boss... i am only an employee..... the boss have the absolute authority to decide.

this forgiving attitude is beginning to show its crack.... they are climbing even higher over our heads.
whats worst... the bonus that everyone was looking forward to is all but a dream.... not everyone is happy i must say....

i will just adopt a wait and see attitude of what the others will be doing to register their unhappiness.

as we head into the year of the snake.... things will be different.
for now i will only say its all coming to an end... and a start of a new beginning....
