i was in mass last weekend.... this is not a preaching session. the passage was on jesus healing the leper.

the priest then ask this very interesting question. who are the lepers in our society or in you?

its really not those who are physically afflicted with leperosy. its the people we dont like and refuse to acknowledged that exist.

he or she is the cleaner you look down on....

its your neighbour we are so damm piss with because they put all their stuff outside the corridor and block your way.....

it is the homless that you don want to be associated with.....

it is that person that you simply refuse to be associated cos he or she is not your race, your religion and your type.

it is simply people outside your circle....

think about the world today. we simply refuse to respect people. simple as that. why do we want to see another human being as a malay, a chinese or an indian? why do we want to see that they are black, white or yellow? why do we want to see muslim, christian or buddhist? why do we want to see us as asians, europeans, africans or arabs??

we are all human beings living on the same planet call earth.

we should and must look beyond our colours, our race and our religion. we should encompass everyone. we should not close up our circle of friends.

so today, i declare 13 FEBURARY 2006 as the first "WORLD WITHOUT BORDERS" day.

pass it around, we need the peace. we need to love one another. we need each other. the more people know about this day the more peace we can have.

there is no colors, the shades of colors represents our skin tone...light or dark we are humans, we are the same. the gap in between each dots, are for us to let others into our circles of friends, religion and race.

remember, we are fellow humans on the same planet. by this time next year, i hope for better understanding and peace and may things get better. god bless.
